Good morning!
First and foremost, Zenyatta is doing well! She has not yet foaled, and as of this morning she is relaxing in her paddock. The team at Lane’s End is keeping a close eye on her, and she is in the best hands.
It has come to our attention that various rumors about Zenyatta have been circulating. Trust that Zenyatta.com will keep you up to date with official information.

Good Morning Zenny!!
I see a little blue sky here today, and the sun is trying to come out. This would be a perfect day for a new arrival. Hope you’re enjoying your time with your “Mom and Dad.” The pictures have just been wonderful, and we really appreciate this opportunity to keep connected. Have a good day dear horse! It won’t be long now.

Good morning to all my Z nation family, hope everyone was able to rest up last night,Today is new day to continue the pacing but hopefully with renewed energy.
Here is wishing you all a Blessed day full of Peace, Joy, good Health and Love. Have a great day at work and try not to worry too much about when the little Princess intends to grace us with her lovely self. Every thing in its time. You guys Rock.
To the Queen, saw your pic with your mama, so cute, you really do love your parents, that’s so sweet. Here is wishing you a stress free day full of Peace, Joy and Sunshine.’
Pay no attention to your Z nation family and our pacing, take all the time you and the little one needs to make her grand entrance, you know how princesses are, always some drama associated. Am sure the wait will be worth it when we see how so cute she is.
Say hi to Prince if he comes by. Am so in love with him it’s sickening. Will check back later to see if there’s an update.
Blessings to all. It is well.
Kathy R.
Dear Maureen:
Just love reading your posts – so caring and wise. Agree, it’s all about the magical Zenyatta and Mr and Mrs Moss and the Lane’s End folks. Have decided not to post any Downunder material until after the birth – just don’t feel right taking away from what I think the real focus should be at this time. Easter blessings to you. Hugs KathyR.

Good morning to all especially our sweet big mama, Zenyatta. As Peggy N stated perhaps she wants to foal on April 1. That of course is Zenyatta’s REAL Birthday!!
Wouldn’t that be something to have her foal on her Birthday!!
I am actually praying she will have it sooner than that because I remember those last few days of my due date!! hugs Sally B
You’ll be just fine Z with Ann there, Jerry too, and all those experienced people at Lanes End.

Keta,
Thank you for the info on Man O War. He is one of my favorites even though he was long gone before I was born. Such a horse. We need more like him now. Great story about him and his groom.
Also, safe trip to our Mike and Royal Delta.

Correction, he was still around when I was born. Heavens, I’m getting old.

Good morning to all. It’s a beautiful day here in Lexington. (Finally!). This would be a great day for a new foal to be born. I’m still thinking that Z is going to hold out until her birthday, April 1. I’m just hoping and praying that it’s a smooth, routine delivery. In the meantime I’m stil pacing, pacing.

Thank you for keeping us informed and letting us share this big event in Zenyatta’s life. I have no doubt that she will sail through this as she has all the other challenges in her life. She Is so incredibly smart and sweet and deserves the best in all things. Thank you, Lane’s End and Ann and Jerry Moss, for taking such wonderful care of her.

Good Morning Zen Nation~ I see we are all still pacing. Glad I didn’t miss anything in the middle of the night!
My beautiful Zenyatta~ I love you….that’s all.

Hi Will there because name for 12Zenyatta before 13Zenyatta is born? Wondering… Thank you.
maureen phi-llips
Hi Kristina, his name’s Prince, or at least that’s what we Z nation family call him. I do think it has a good ring to it, Prince Z. No official name that I know of though. Have a great day and be Blessed.
GirlSaratoga
Kristina:
From what we have been told in the past by one specific blogger, The Mosses don’t usually name their foals until they are 2. They like to get a feel for the foal’s personality before they pick a name. So in case you were looking for them to name the Prince soon, stop looking because it looks like it will be a least another year! I am only passing on information that I and many, many others received on this blog over the past year! Who knows they may change things up this year? This too will be another waiting game!
Just thought I would pass on information that I received regarding the Prince’s official name!
Happy Friday still hoping for An April 3rd baby girl!

Top of the morning to you Zenny and Team Z! You are most likely very calm and not at all jacked up about having your foal but we Zsters are pacing……trying to be patient and as calm as you are dear Zenny! Enjoy being with your mom and dad and hope the sun shines on you in the pasture today.
Blessings!

Thanks you for this great article. Love what Ms. Spadafori said that she feels like she has a son who is a police officer. Too cute. Hugs, JB
Max
Vicki B. I really enjoyed reading this story. Patrick is a smart guy. And, yes, Judy B, I agree that the comment about a son as a police officer is very good. She must be quite the person to allow him to have this opportunity. He’s suited to it, and she recognized what was best for him. Wonderful.

It would be so neat if she gives birth on Easter Sunday the day of our Christ’s resurection. Thanks for update

Dear Max, Sheena, Peggy, Ann, Marshall, Sue and Z Fans:
Very good news today. Kristy rode Hudson Township earlier this afternoon and HT was a completely relaxed, happy horse. What a relief. Things are looking up. Hugs, JB
Max
Judy B. Nice to hear this. How is Gigi and her hooves? And how is PC doing these days?
judy berube from Rhode Island
Dear Max:
GG is doing great. No sign of lameness at all and she is being ridden at least three times a week.
Charlie, well he is just the best. So sweet and always up to pranks. Still pulling Dakota’s blanket every chance he gets. Angela has also been riding him regularly since the weather has warmed up here. Angela bought him a new bridle like the one Frankel used to race in. He looks so handsome in it. Hugs, JB
Max
JudyB. Thanks for the news of Gigi and PC. I am so happy to know that her hooves are okay. She was uncomfortable for a long time. Thank God that you and Angela saved her. How is PC doing with his styling career? Has he nailed any hats recently?

Dear Max:
He hasn’t spiked his mane with the Honey Lickit lately, but he is still pulling hats off of Angela and tugging on Dakota’s blanket.
He does look very stylish in his new bridle. He also received a new saddle and saddle cloth for his birthday, which was March 19th and he enjoyed some Stud Muffins for a special treat. He is sooooo spoiled. Just love that boy. Hugs, JB

Sheena. They cancelled Lambourn because of arctic conditions. That is a shame. Kauto was not kidding about the cold. I’ve included the link to Hovis’ diary, which is very different from Zenyatta’s, for those who may be curious. It might need some translation assistance from you. He is quite the character horse. He does not trust thoroughbreds. Ha!

Ok, I’ve given up on trying to guess. I’m just going to be in between, here, the waiting room, fb and twitter. My computer is getting tired! However, I do have some Baby news of our own!!! Cindy’s Niece gave birth this morning to a boy and his name is Titus. Don’t know the weight or if Mom and Son are doing good or anything yet. So, now that she’s had her baby, one less thing to pace about. Now back to pacing for Zenny and V!!! Oh, wait, I have to pass out blue cigars to everyone!!! Pace pace pace……
