      Zenyatta has always done well in her pregnancy and been and outstanding mother. I just wish two of her foals had such short lives. It’s so sad. Hoping for the very best with the new little one.

    I am happy for Zenyatta and her connections, but please excuse me if I don’t get too excited about this baby. I’ve had my heart broken twice in a row, and I’m afraid to get as attached as I did to Z Princess and the Little Prince. I’m protecting my heart.

    Our habits make other people wealthy. As soon as they find out what we are reaching for, they provide it. If it is something good, we share their good fortune. If our habits lean toward the destructive, you can wager those who work to satisfy our appetites will keep working. Habit keeps us traveling the same routes, doing the same things, without thinking.
    What would happen if we suddenly decided to change everything? Our habits would fight with us and make that change as hard as possible. Change is necessary in the way we think and in how we react, especially to the emotions that flare up when we try to let go of something destructive in our lives. When trying to get rid of bad habits, don’t say, “I tried to do that before and it didn’t work.” We must not hesitate to defend ourselves against these negative forces. Everything depends on our being determined and persistent.

    Dear Kathy.Change is always necessary in our lives.Such sad news out of Dallas today violence begats violence as we all know and sadly the gun rules in your country on all sides.It was awful to see that video posted from Minnesota.Something had to come to take our political situation off breaking news and it was this tragedy.
    Life goes on for the majority of us Wales return to a hero’s welcome today.I do thank God I share my country with more sheep than people!The Rutland ospreys have fledged.No news from Loch of Lowes yet but Fr3 is suddenly on the move.Ceri is busy showing off her flying skills they will fledge next week no doubt.The ratties were sending everyone kisses I bought some doughnuts yesterday pinking icing with 100’s and 1000’s.I hope Theresa or Andrea realise what they are up against with Mr Fibbs as President.Boo continues to lose a few more “likes” there is no loyalty on FB but Bob is only 2000 short of 1/2 million!Did you hear about the poachers who were killed by lions in the same park Cecil was murdered last year.They must have been hungry!!Little Sprout looked so cute in his video and Zoe couldn’t use the computer last night because Miss Diane was out.A new book from Hovis he should win a Nobel prize for literature.Some great racing from Newmarket and 1 set all in Roger’s match against the big serving Raonic 2 all in the 3rd.Andy up next.The ladies matches were all over so quickly!Kate certainly had her hands full with George.Frankel’s had another winner with Seventh Heavens at Ascot trained by John Gosden.Have a great day.Love and hugs to you,Kisses for Angel Holly,Nikko and Sugar.SheenaXOXO

      Our world is in a sad state. Very sad over here right now. It’s good to have some diversion from the tragedy. Life does go on. Wales deserves their heroes’ welcome. Ospreys are almost grown. The time went fast! Loved the pic of the ratties giving kisses. Wow…if Boo loses likes there’s no hope for anyone else. That’s very impressive for Bob! Hadn’t heard about the poachers. That’s justice for you! Loved the pic of Sprout with the stethescope. What an adorable little guy. Zoe’s conversations with her mom are certainly entertaining. Another book for Hovis! He’s creating a library. Enjoy the racing and the tennis. Kate indeed has her hands full, but at least she can get some help if she needs it. Congratulations, Seventh Heaven. LOVE that name!
