It has been a beautiful spring in Kentucky for Zenyatta and her paddock mate, Vixana. Alys Emson often stops by their paddock with her camera, and she took the following photos in May and June.

    What a fantastic Ascot meet. I was up early every morning (and I am not a morning person) but it was worth it. Highlights for me were Tepin, Lady Aurelia, Brave Anna and Dartmouth. So sad about Guy Fawkes. Bad situation all around. RIP

    Would you believe it Megalala goes and wins again at Lingfield at the grand age of 15yrs .His birthday was on may 11th.Huge congratulations.
    A fantastic Ascot for Adam Kirby winning the last race the Queen Alexandra on Commissioned for Gordon Eliot.3 wins in all at the Royal meet including the day his wife gave birth.Sheena

    Dear Kathy.A wet,miserable day over here.The mumbrella is out at the Dyfi but Monty has been fishing,No rest for him even on his own special day.Andy Murray is playing today in the Aegon final at least it’s dry in SE England.The poor ratties are starbing no snacks Mr Fibbs has eben passed out!Oh,where is mum???I was sad to hear Zoe’s Colonel has passed away.He served his country well and still didn’t trust the Iranians.I posted some photos of Gizmo the pony from Catley Cross he’s been in a photoshoot.They recall his rescue on that cold day back in February last year.I remember seeing the story in H&H and it was through dear Kauto’s twitter that I learned he survived.Hailey the nurse was pregnant at the time and her son William is now nearly a one year old.He adores Gizmo and vice versa,I waited to hear the result of Songbird’s race early today she is awesome but no plans yet for her to take on the boys.Little Mia is getting to be quite a star of the royal family and I loved the “terrible two’s”tantrum!James and Bob’s film is out soon.it will be a must see he has nearly 1/2 a million friends on FB now.Have a blessed Sabbath.Love and hugs to you,Kisses for Angel Holly,Nikko and Sugar.SheenaXOXO

      Yes, it gave me a fit. I sent an email and they “kinda” straightened things out. Miss the old Forum. The instructions they gave me to change my password don’t work so I am using the one they assigned me and will deal with it being withdrawn when it happens.

    spare tall warm good kind Guy Fawkes, Coz and Zi sleep in deep soft straw, slowly drink clean not cold water, eat green light hay apples, lil lower amount of oats if there were quick breeze, pears sweet potato carrot juice, walk on air with Mario, have bath, care of neck back legs hooves health, may be hazel bushes are near to eat leaves :-) , same wishes to grey Midnight Hawk, beautyfull Zenny you look well, you are joyfull, Vixana look well too, she is joyfull too, beautyfull Zenny and Vixana do all quietly and not quickly, walk on air in paddock eat apples care of health, beautyfull Zenny Zi Coz and mates stay comfy and cozy eat apples care of health, lil 16z, lil 14z filly Dubai im remembering you

      Thank you, Judy. Was surprised he was 7th in the Stephen Foster last night. Perhaps he feels 10 pm is bedtime not race time. I do love his name and the story of how he got it. I laugh every time I see it. Dr. Cohen put one over on the Jockey Club!

    Hello to all my Z friends, and Happy Fathers Day to all Dads.
    My prayers and love sent to all suffering from the Orlando shottings and all suffering still from the one year ago horror in Charleston. And my heartfelt sorrow for the shotting victim in England. We ask when will this stop I guess it want not in this life. Have to keep our minds on Jesus to see us through all this and help us to meet him in heaven one day.
    Do hope some more of our goverment officials can help get some of the assault riffles from getting into bad hands. Prayers for Monday
