Happy Wednesday! Here’s a brand new set of photos from Alys. Zenyatta’s War Front filly is pictured in many of these photos with her paddock mate, a colt out of Life is Sweet.
Could Z’s filly have inherited the notch on her blaze from Z? She [Z] has a little notch on the left side of her blaze. I’m no expert, but i love horses and wonder if marking patterns can be passed down. I’ve seen pics of mare and foal paints who have matching patterns.

These are adorable, Alys! Thanks for capturing their cuteness so perfectly…

LIS’ colt has the most unusual facial markings I’ve ever seen. Talk about being in transition! And I think he is in love with the Princess—so sweet.
Cathi Sadocha
I agree with you those markings are unusual.

The grey colt is going to get light real fast based on how light he already is where he’s shedding off.
Pam
I can’t believe how tall she is already! Mama’s girl!

Z Princess’s blaze looks like a Dr. Seuss character. A Who?

Check out the markings on Life is Sweet’s colt. He’ll be fun to name! :) And 14Z, just thinking about her future is exciting!
