dear kathyR so glad to hear Nelly is enjoying her retirement. I was really hoping she’d pay a visit to our frankel I know it’s a long journey and he’s not a proven stallion but have heard he’s got an 86% strike rate in his first season. He’ll be covering 25-30 southern hemisphere mares in sept/oct have you any idea who they are?sooo glad to have you back!! love and hugs Sheena

Don’t know if someone else has reported this but–the Bloodhorse says that Orb is at Fair Hill and is having such a good time that his vacation is being extended. Don’t know what they do there but the horses seem to thrive.

Always look forward to new pics & videos!! thanks for continuing to share news about Z and her babies.!!!!!!!

Never tire of seeing photographs and videos of Zenyatta and her colts. Thank you for taking the time to share these beautiful pictures with Zenyatta’s many fans.
Kathy R.
Just had to post this story – Kayla is a local girl, and I’ve seen her many times at the track here in Canberra, so am just delighted for her success with one of the top trainers, who is also rather demanding:

Thanks for this, Kathy, and high hoof to Kayla Nisbet! I wish her much success–ride like a girl, Kayla! Please keep us posted on her career, Kathy.

Thanks, Kathy R. Three cheers for Kayla! You go girl — as Trina says, “Ride like a girl”!!
Again, may I say how good it is to have you home, Kathy! Hugs

Sally Blank (cherish Z for my lifetime)
Zenyatta, Coz, 13z, Ann & Jerry and Lanes End and Zsters have a wonderful patriotic 4th of July!!
I am not sure if our soldiers had carrots and peppermints in their ration but I do hope you still get yours!
Love you Zenyatta, you are an American too.
I am proud to be an American and realize all that has been sacrificed for our freedom.
Happy Independence Day to everyone!!
Love n hugs to all, Sally B
Love n kisses on your soft nose Zenyatta and your young ones!! Auntie Sally B
Just a note to my Zster friends. I have indicated that I have friends here that wish to help towards an electric fence. I have been told that it would be a great thing but there is a meeting next week with a board (I do not know who is on this board) to decide the future of Sir. (I tear just to write this, thinking they may find another home for him or whatever) Sir likes it here! While I was cleaning his stall, he came back into it and put his head down to me just brushing my cheek with his nose. It only lasted briefly, and then he went out again. I think Sir knows how I have tried to make things fair for him and actually is a sweet horse. After his chiropractic appointment, he became the Sir we all knew prior to his fall. But I am reminded, poor old Frito can not be moving quickly around Sir. That is why he has his own pastures. I will keep all of you posted and I will be thinking what Sirs future is going to be. hugs, Sally B

Dear Sally B:
Your touching post of Sir and you bonding has brought me to tears.
I am praying for the best outcome for Sir; that he can stay with you. Count me in for a donation for the fence as things develop. I will be happy to send what I can. Love and Hugs, JB
Trina Nagele in So Cal
Same here.
Marshall (NC broad)
Judy B.,
I feel the same!
Sally,
Count me in, too!
Pati- College Girl
Aww, I hope he stays. Sir is his own horse, and to ask him to change is like asking the tide to accommodate the summer beach rush and stay low until everyone leaves. I think with some more TLC, he will be just fine. We hope for a good result!
I think it’s an appropriate moment for a *pace pace pace*.

dear Kathy R left you a post on previous page hugs Sheena
Kathy R.
Dear Sheena: Regarding Aussie mares heading to Frankel. John Singleton has sent two of his best mares, More Strawberries and the recently retired More Joyous to Frankel for a mating to match with southern hemisphere time. I tried to post a link about this, but the system was unhappy with it for some reason. Anyway, it will be very interesting to see the result from the date with these two mares and the mighty Frankel! Hugs KathyR.

I just can’t tell you how fun it is to watch these videos and to hear the excitement in your voices as you visit with them. It is easy to see how much Zenyatta and the boys love having company. I know there is no reason in the world for you to share with all of us; however, I sure am appreciative because I just love it! All 3 of them are so beautiful – you are lucky and they are lucky to have you. Coz is quite the little ” businessman” now, isn’t he? Happy 4th of July to all and thank you again.

Hi Sue,
I saw the posts – glad to know that you will get us organized again. I got the idea that teams might be starting from “square one,” but I guess we will have to wait until the next round of information comes out to know for sure. I hope some others will join in this time – we have lots of folks here who are up to the challenge :-) Keep us posted if you get a team started. Trying to do all of the right things to join the team was the hardest part last time.

I’m excited to get going. I’m raring to go! “Chomping at the bit” if you will. ;-)

Hi Sue, Good to know that we will be doing it again. I received 1 email from BC that there will be more info coming. Have you entered the team already?
I’m raring to go too!!!!
Sue Fl CPRC
I actually went back to an old email link and logged in with our old team information. Like Sandy says it may start all over. This time I will make a detailed start up set of instructions. Will see if my old training manager skills are still working…
I am planning to use Zentastic and the same password jelly123. If the group size is the same we can have 18. We could have more teams start up too. Zentastic12 and Zentastci13 all of the family :)

These videos are fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing them, Team Z and Lanes End. Zenny looks great and so happy and Z13 is a total doll. I’d give anything to kiss that soft, sweet little nose. And Coz, my goodness. What a gorgeous fellow he’s turned out to be! It seems like it was only yesterday that he was squealing in the paddock with his mom. I hope everyone has a great Fourth!

So my blessings to you all. And again my sincere thanks to Mr and Mrs Moss, Team Zenyatta, and Lanes End, and of course to the magical Zenyatta who has made all this possible. Blessings to you all. Keta shared yesterday with us that she would not be posting for a few days, as she spends some time in reflection. Her dear hubby passed away in her arms on July 4, 2004. He was a legendary radio newsman, inducted posthumously into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Here is a tribute site created in his honor.
