I knew nothing about Zenyatta until after she had already retired. What a shame! Now however I can’t wait to see Cozmic One and Z13 race! I’ll be watching everyone!

I remember first time I saw her race on tv. Don’t remember which race – before 2009 BC. Didn’t really know anything about her. She scared me to death in the post parade. I thought something was wrong with her! One of the NBC guys thought she was injured, too. Think it was Jerry Bailey said no, that’s just something she does. She had me hooked from then on! Love Zenyatta!!!!!!!

What a great Mare.. from the track to a mother in the barn… a combo not found often.
Rhonda
I just love Zenyatta’s eye, she has such a kind and gentleness to her. What a regal mare. Love that chestnut colt too, he is really nice!
Cozmic One is a BIG BOY! He looks like he is going to be slow maturing like his mother too, I am sure you all will take your time with him like you did her.

Zen still makes my heart soar! She looks so good and her babies are just awesome! I sometimes wonder if she misses the roar of the crowds and dancing for all to see, but then I see her in her new role as a Momma and know she is happy at Lane’s End. Thank you for continuing to share her with all of us who love her! Keep them coming!

I’m so thrilled at all the videos!!!! Thank you soooo much! They all look fabulous!!
Coz13 is a gorgeous colt and Coz is gettin’ so big and beautiful! He definitely has his mom’s ears. :)
Such a thrill to be able to continue to stay in touch with these fabulous animals and the wonderful people taking care of them. Bless you all for sharing!!

Looks like Z13 is going to stay a chestnut. Couldn’t tell if his mane was turning black, but that blaze is so white! Can’t wait to see Coz run!
Many thanks for the videos, Ann!
LauraJ (Cincinnati OH)
He is a chestnut, so his mane cannot turn black. He does not have the gene for the manufacture of black pigment.
Ed
With a name like “Cozmic” how could he not be fast – looks exactly like his Mom.
Z13 looks cute – looking forward to seeing her grow.
Zenyatta – what’s to say? she looks like she can go on the racetrack and run like the wind.
Karla
What a big boy Coz has become – he is gonna be huge – how soon does he start training and will the Moss’s take a long approach to him going to the track or will it be more dependent on his development? Some horses just don’t mature very fast (mentally).
Kelli
He has already started training.. ;) I don’t know if you noticed, but he was wearing a chifney-like bit in his videos, which serves two purposes: it gives added control of the horse to the handler, and it helps acclimate Coz to having a bit in his mouth!
Ron Spratt
Wow, both boys have such strong hind quarters just like their mommy. I get so excited every time I see something about Z and her babies. They are growing up so fast. Thank you for posting their newest adventures. :)
Patti Canterbury
I can’t get enough of this mare and her babies! She is the most beautiful horse through and through. Please continue to post photos, video and information. Thank you for sharing Zenny and babies with us!
andrea

This stunning mare, her career, personality, and beautiful progeny are so heartwarming to see. Thank you for sharing her life with us. In a world full of heartache and pain, she is truly an inspiration, and your care of her is just admirable. Such sweet natures her family has!
May the Lord continue to bless your efforts….
Tracy

Thanks so much for all the videos. Cozmic One is looking like quite the young man now! Much less coltish than just a few months ago. They grow up so fast :) Love to see Zenyatta, too, and Z13. If I ever get the chance to visit (saw her in person at the BC10 at Churchill Downs Sunday AM), I will bring plenty of peppermints and carrots…. They all look wonderful – thanks again for sharing the videos and please continue to keep us posted. I hope we can get a window into Cozmic One’s early training, too. That would be very interesting to me, how they develop and are trained from 1 to 2 and all the steps that are involved in getting them (hopefully) to the track.
Rachel
Coz is looking really good! And clearly still getting used to that bit! Thanks so much for all the wonderful photos and videos.
Cherrie Carine

Judy Brown-lawson
thanks so much for the videos. Z is such an inspiration to horse lovers, and her colt and foal are absolutely gorgeous. What a wonderful story about a wonderful horse (and such good owners!)
Many thanks
Nancy
Thank you for sharing these videos. I enjoy them a lot. I still have one of Zenyatta’s races on my DVR and I watch it occasionally. It’s the race where she barely came in first…a real heart stopper, lol. I made the trip to Churchill for the BC Classic, to get a glimpse of Zenyatta, but only saw her behind her pony horse, so never really got a good look. Zenyatta and Black Caviar, two of the greatest race horses to ever look through a bridle.
Jennifer
Beautiful… They look amazing :)) great videos
Kelli
Thank you for sharing these gorgeous horses with us. Zenyatta looks wonderful and happy and the boys are so sweet. They look so loved.
