Dear Fans & Moms,

Just like you, we love birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, first days of new seasons, and many other celebratory occasions—but we think Mother’s Day is so, so special.  Especially when you are THE Queen!

Happiest of Mother’s Days, Zenyatta:  Your Z-Family sends you Love, Hugs, Kisses, and SPECIAL wishes!

Zenyatta so appreciates her own Z-Family, but also holds everyone’s family dear.  Wishing Mothers everywhere, near and far, two-legged and four-legged, an incredibly special Mother’s Day.  And even though this year many of you are not sharing this special day together, the love and bond shared for one’s mom lives in our hearts.

    Thanks for our Friday laughs with Hovis. What colorful language that guy has developed.

    Judy, Charlie is very handsome and looks great. Healing prayers and thoughts to Angela.

    I hate to see Omaha and Vino Rosso be shuttled. I will never be convinced that it is good for the overall health of the horse. Sorry that they are going to shuttle American Pharoah.
    He is one of my all time favorites. Safety to all of them.

    Churchill has live racing today! And it is going to be on TV.

      Her sire is what I call a “Bright Bay”. Their coat is VERY chestnut colored. She is BIG and Strong like her MOM. With an entirely chestnut coat.!! Beautiful. Lovely. I am so thrilled for her. She will love this filly. This filly with her LONG STRONG LEGS and huge body will become a great racer, like her famous Mother. BIG and Strong!!!! I do hope Sheena can see her from heaven. She would be thrilled!!!!

      Dear Judy,

      Thanks for posting this photo of the “candy man”, Candy Ride! He is so handsome — he and Z have produced a gorgeous little filly. Somehow I was thinking she would arrive this weekend. It would have been Preakness Stakes weekend — no Preakness, but we have a birthday to celebrate, and she’s a beauty!

      I am just overjoyed that we have a new little Z to adore❣️

    What a great day, a lovely chestnut filly born on a holiday day in Canada. Today is “Victoria Day” honoring a Queen so it seems very appropriate to me that our Queen Z has her baby, a beautiful filly today. Much love to Zenny and her foal and thanks to Lane’s End from her adoring fans in Canada.

    YEAH- happy that Zenyatta and her beautiful chestnut filly are getting along famously and that both of them are healthy and strong. Thank you to Lane’s End and all those involved for sharing and taking such good care of Zenyatta .
