Moosie has been having a great time with his bestie Junior and even met up with his old dad Nigel TD and son Willy.I always remember Willy trying to ride him at York in a flat race and Moosie tweeting you did’nt tell me it was going to be this warm.Lovely memories.

The Tiger is home to a hero’s welcome.Amazing little horse and Saint Are is back home safe and well so all 38 runners survived the ‘carnage’.Still no sign of Glesni.Hovis is lapping up the attention and meeting a lot of fans.He must have levitated all night to keep his feathers in pristine condition.

We have a little boy at the highland wildlife park.Born to Victoria in december he is the first polar bear cub in the UK for 25yrs.Saint Are whose fall caused controversy in the GN on saturday has been retired.Arnie is back home safe and well in his stables.

It is cold to us wimps in the South.Have you see polar bears who are starving in arctic.While this park is not ideal.It’s the best place in the UK for them.I do remember your father is Scottish.

My family is from Dingwall. Beautiful country and the people are so nice and friendly. My daughter said they all looked like me.

Sheena. I think that it’s a bad idea for zoos in sub Arctic countries to breed polar bears. They need to be roaming in the wild. God takes care of them better than us. The US and Canadian bears however have a patron. The Canada Goose company which sells very high end winter jackets has its own polar bear line. Donations from the sale of these special blue jackets go to the bears. The bears are also protected by the treaty of the Arctic nations. The US and Canada are members.

At the rate we are going, the only place you will see polar bears is in zoos.

There are lots of polar bears in Churchill, Manitoba. Most of the bears in the Arctic countries live in Canada, where it is not often warm. There is a huge winter ice storm across Southern Ontario right now. Spring is not in sight. US bears are in Alaska only. Bear numbers are a source of controversy. They are not easy to track.

The ever-popular chaser Cue Card has been retired much to the relief of his fans.Aged 12 he was due to race at Sandown on the 28th but had lost his sparkle according to his trainer Colin Tizzard so it was an easy decision to make.From a champion bumper to the King George he really became a superstar of NH.He will live with the Tizzards for the rest of his days and all of us wish him a very long and happy retirement.Thank you for the memories CC.Love and hugs.
