Happy Sunday!

Team Z arrived at Lane’s End yesterday to await the arrival of Zenyatta’s third foal. At the farm, horses and people alike are enjoying perfect spring weather, green grass and sunshine. These photos offer a glimpse of how we spent our weekend.

    Still no word..Crossing my fingers for an 14/15 April Full Moon foal! With Team Z there I just know everything will be fine. Thought of another name for a colt..”WAR DANZE” (since QZ loves to dance!) “Cryz Full Moon” for a filly..I obviously have too much time on my hands, lol…

    Many thanks to all who sent good wishes, positive thoughts and prayers to me. I appreciate it more than I can say. I think things will be okay, but will not know the lab results until Friday. I am so glad to have it over! I am off to bed now and will be asleep soon so due to my sleepiness, I will not name you for fear of leaving someone out.

    I am still up and have set my alarm for the moon and any news of a birth. Stay safe and well my angel. My thoughts and prayers are with you. But jeez, hurry up, I am tired as well as I know you are too. You are my angel and I love you forever Zenyatta. I have looked at these photos over and over, your Ann looks amazing. I wish I knew her secret for looking so good. Of course, if I owned you I quess I would look as good as she does. You are so loved dear Zenyatta, but I quess you know that by now.

    Good morning Queen Z and Team Z, Checking in to see if there’s a new little girl/boy at Lane’s End but no news. Will just have to keep waiting and checking and pacing…pacing….pacing. Hope the sun will be shining on you today.

    We in central NY will be seeing temps dipping into the 30s this afternoon dipping into the teens tonight and SNOW! UGH!

    April 15 Cherokee Devotional

    Think and talk pleasant things. When pressures are too much, turn around and think and talk on another subject. Most of us are victims of our own emotions.     Good Morning, Zenyatta. There are so many signs that this will be a most special foal. The fact that Mars is the god of War and planet Mars is very close to Earth, we’ve had an eclipse of the Blood Moon, etc. Does seem that your foals always have some cosmic connection. Rest easy and have a safe delivery.

    Dear Zenny,
    Time seems to be going backward – it looks like February here! I’m sure you’re waiting until things improve so that you and princess can go out to your beautiful paddock. Maybe today is the day for you to have your little tax deduction. Whenever you decide is fine with us as long as everyone is safe and healthy. Many carpets will be threadbare by tonight.
