Thank you so much Team Z. This is always fun and we look forward to the auction every year. I will chime in with saying that we really do appreciate your hard work with this, and with keeping Zenny in our lives.
For instance, there is the great Pharoah that we followed all year, and we won’t hear that much about him ever again.
Makes us appreciate you and Zenny that much more.
Love you Zenny.
Love,
Linda

Dear Judy,
This weanling of Awesome Maria’s is gorgeous.
She should be dynamite on the track; just
love her color, quite mature acting during the
auction.
How about Take Charge Brandi going for 6 million-
sire is Giants Causeway. The talking heads were so
down on Gleneagles for being out of Giants Causeway
and then TCB is purchased for 6 million. Go figure??
There was also a gorgeous Galileo that brought a great price
as well.
Love and hugs
Sophia Gates
Oh my gosh. That War Front filly is stunning. Love:)
Elizabeth in NM
Dear Judy,
It is a very exciting sale! Thanks so much for posting. I went over to the website (Bloodhorse) and here’s a few that were listed:
Nov 3 2015:
“A North American record for a weanling sold at public auction was set Nov. 3 when Mandy Pope’s Whisper Hill Farm went to $3.2 million to purchase a War Front filly at the Keeneland November breeding stock sale.”
http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/articles/95752/war-front-filly-brings-record-32-million
“Champion Take Charge Brandi reminded auction-goers of earlier, exuberant markets when she sold Nov. 3 for $6 million, the highest price seen at Keeneland’s November breeding stock sale since Playful Act brought a record $10.5 million at the 2007 edition.”

Hope you have a lovely Wednesday. Expecting rain here.

Thanks again to Team Z for keeping Zennie’s fans not only able to see the Queen, but to use her name to let us help a wonderful cause. So great to see her pictures, along with her sons.
Marshall (NC Broad)
This isn’t my day, apparently.
My post is awaiting moderation!
Goodnight all
Marshall (NC Broad)
That would be the one above regarding the gorgeous filly which sold for 2 million. I don’t understand why it should be moderated — I didn’t say anything bad! :-)
Hugs
Tizgood
I think the moderation is random; make sure your e-mail address is
in correctly. That can trigger a moderation.
Marshall (NC Broad)
Yes, it must be random since I haven’t changed my address or anything else.
Guess my “number was up”. :-)

Awesome team! So glad Z fans are so honored to be able to keep up with her and the boys! Thank you so much!!!!

Good news so far of Red Cadeaux. It seems the news of surgery yesterday were just a rumour. His jockey Gerald Mosse is being credited with saving the horse’s life.Red is being left to heal naturally. There may have to be surgery further down the line but time is the great healer now.PUR Hugs SheenaX

November 4 Cherokee Devotional
At one time or another we have watched someone and wondered how long it would be before we reached their stage of distress. We have been made to believe that if someone in the family has had a problem that we must have it as well.
Even with our tendencies to be like someone else, we are still individuals and what we see should teach us to avoid the same pitfalls they had. More is decided in our minds and spirits than we can imagine. We have the creative power of speech, the determination and the grit to stop falling because someone else fell. Deny every thought and every suggestion that we have to be the victims of anything.
We were becoming like them, hypocrites and liars, adulterous lazy drones, all takers, and no workers.

What a fun weekend! Thank you Team Z and everyone here on Zenny’s website. Even though we were in and out a lot here at home, I still had to go and steel glances as many times as I could at everything going on.
Zenny, you are beautiful! Thank you, Kyle, for this wonderful photo of our Queen.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday. with love, Elizabeth
sheena.davies(wales)
Dear Kathy.Great devotional.I have no idea how the rumours of Red’s surgery started yesterday even H&H said he was due another op today! He is doing well thank God.
Gone very dull here today our “little summer” has disappeared.According to the ratties we should take a nap on Tuesdays we do need them to get over Mondays really!
Poor Judy has had a shock to see her dad so frail and confused. When she left Ohio he was still able to drive. It’s so sad to see our parents decline because they have been there for us all our lives. My daddy was a strong man and it was horrible to see him so weak and feeble at the end.Sad thing is it comes to us all.
Zoe’s mum is so talented making all those pretty dresses for her I was useless at sewing in school but I did enjoy knitting!Ray and Jack were dressed up for Halloween.I thought Loki looked sad looking out of the window and unable to go out.Fubu and Kimberly were enjoying the sunshine yesterday but her RA isn’t good.It was wonderful to see Stevie joining in the celebrations with sister Michelle yesterday in Melbourne.Have a great day.Love and hugs to you,Kisses for Holly,Nikko and Sugar.SheenaXOXO
Kathy
Dear Sheena,
Wonderful news about Red. The ratties are very smart to suggest naps on Tuesdays. All week long, really wouldn’t hurt! Nothing worse than being at work and needing a nap! lol Feeling so sorry for Judy. I agree, it’s so hard seeing your parent age and become frail. No wonder Zoe always looks spot on with a seamstress for her mommy. Lucky Zoe! Ray and Jack O always seem to enjoy life to the fullest. Good for them. Sorry Loki couldn’t go outside. Here we can go outside pretty much all the time. Glad Fubu and Kimberly were enjoying the sunshine. Too bad Kimberly’s RA is giving her so much trouble. Glad for Stevie and Michelle’s special celebration together. Have a good Hump Day. Love and hugs from me, kisses from Holly, Nikko and Sugar. Kathy XOXO
Tizgood
Dear Sheena,
Very strange that folks thought Red had surgery; all of the Aussie
news per Veterinarians said they were not going to do anything but keep the splint
on and keep him sedated all day Tuesday. They have to let the swelling go down
before they can run the necessary tests to determine the extent of the
injury. Then the Aussie vets will most likely talk with Barbaro’s vet at New Bolton about
possible surgery. A fresh injury is never operated on.
Love and hugs
Kathy
Dear Tizgood,
Dr. Dean Richardson. The best of the best.

Dear Sheena and Kathy,
They were able to find an expert on sesimoid repair
in Australia, thank goodness, Ben Ahern- University
of Adelaide operated with the original team. He had surgery late Wednesday evening. So glad he is eating and standing up in his box.
Love and hugs

More news from Ed Dunlop on twitter.Red Cadeaux has indeed been operated on this afternoon(Australia time). They consulted with world renowned vets and went ahead with surgery. He is back in his stable and eating well.Ed is thanking everyone caring for Red during this distressing time and will keep updating us on his progress.PUR Sheena .
