Sheena. It’s a somewhat complicated constitutional issue in the US with a federal system of government. Only 12 states observe Good Friday as a holiday. I think that Kentucky might be one of them. I’m off because I worked extra hours in order to take it. The relentless snow has also tired me out and I need some serious down time. Good too for the foal watch.
