    I am glad that I am not the only one to see the resemblance to Big Red. Rather spooky. Would love to see him duplicate some of his racing achievements. Thanks to Team Z and Lanes End for keeping us informed on the Queen and her family.

    Wow, what wonderful photos. ZI is stunningly classic looking. His conformation is beautiful and he’s filled out like that of a two or three year old. He also has a beautiful face like the Queen and his big brother and sister. Imagine how absolutely gorgeous he will be at three years old. Thank you so much for this update. So appreciate it.     Thank you Team Z, we are getting so spoiled with all these updates so often…….what a Treat!! He is beautiful and now in kindergarten already, the time is flying by. Soon we’ll see an entry for CoZ in his first race and what an amazing experience that will be.

    Ebby is running at Del Mar on 8/3, race 2, on the TURF. This should be interesting, I hope Mike guides her safely as they have been riddled with accidents there. I pray for a safe trip for all.

    Got my Cap bet in, although I have been very unsuccessful, I am still trying to hold up my end for the team. hugs

      Don’t feel bad, Sue. I’m 0 for 2 as well. I have to really think about the whitney since, it’s so loaded. I want WTC to get it but, I will bet against him with maybe a long shot? We’ll see.

    Ziconic is so handsome,love his muscle,his colour( chess club member) and the white on red blaze and socks. I like to remember Big Red too.
    Zi is tender with his barn buddy and confident, has all four hooves planted firmly on the ground. So much fun to see his personality developing.
    Thanks to Alice,Lane’s End and Team Z for all the great photos and videos that keep us in touch with Zenyatta and her three beautiful youngsters.

        Dear Sheena:

        Just watched the replays of Kingman’s and Cavalry Man’s races. Wow, Kingman finished really fast in spite of a little trouble he had gathering himself. Imagine if he has a clean trip. On the other hand, was tough to watch Estimate tire so badly. Congrats to Cavalry Man and Kingman. Hope Estimate is OK. Love and Hugs, JB

    Zi does not look like a yearling. He is so powerfully built and reminds me of a Quarter Horse with his powerful hind quarters, the way his shoulder is connected, straight legs and great bone. What a Hunk!

      Heidi ~ I have to agree about his ♥ “engine”. When I saw him at LE last June that was the first thing I noticed! I cherish my pictures of this guy – he liked the camera even then :-)

    Dear all:
    I was just reading through my Old Friends newsletter, especially the column by Little Silver Charm. It appears that he and Hovis have been commiserating about their various plights and comparing notes. It is not a happy scene. LSC has been promised a new home, but in the meantime, he has to endure his pin-up of Zenny being taken down and goats being introduced to the premises. Life is hard when the world doesn’t follow the rules. LSC and Hovis, hang in there. There will be better days, I promise.
    Zenny, you might want to check with Michael Blowen to see if you can send a replacement picture of yourself. Hugs to all.

      Barbara. Just checked out LSC’s Facebook. Very good. Charm wastes no time with allusions. He goes straight to the point. He might want to use the Ribot route with the goats. Free the Moose and give Charm his paddock!

    How cute Linda looks to be right at home with Ziconic. We are always so happy for photos, Thank-You Alys. We are so Blessed that Team Z and all of their connections take the time and diligance for the sake of the fans to post wonderful photos and up dates on their progress We love seeing Z and her Babies, that they are in such capable hands and receive the utmost care.
