Busy day for you! Happy Anniversary in heaven to your Mom and Dad, and Happy Birthday in heaven to your grandfather. As I messaged you on FB, Cheryl’s birthday is tomorrow. I can appreciate how strange it is with no ospreys after enjoying all their activities for so long. Wow…9 gold medals! That’s wonderful! Zoe has to get out early in the morning to have temperatures so low. I’m sure later in the day it’s still getting quite warm. We have a warmup coming Looks like we’ll be in the 90s again over the weekend. Yes, the ratties enjoy their cookies. Love that pic! Haven’t seen Fibbs on Linkedin. Will look for him! The change in Otto is so heartwarming. Absolutely it’s a joy to see him so happy now. I’m thrilled for Ray getting to return home. He sure has been through a lot. Have a great Friday Eve. Love and hugs from me, kisses from Angel Holly, Nikko and Sugar. Kathy XOXOXOXOX
A very Happy Birthday to the amazing Willie Mullins who turns 60 today also one of our favourite royals Prince Harry turns 32.Where have the years gone?Diana would be very proud of her boys.X
It makes me smile to see your gorgeous, intelligent face! I’m sure if you could speak human language, you’d be telling us you can read! I imagine you found a favorite Hip Number, too! :)
God Bless you, lovely Queen, and prayers for your coming little one.
Hip #171 at Keeneland sold for $390,000. Not one of the top sellers but a nice price. Hope he went to someone good and that he will be happy, healthy and safe. Perhaps they will name him Amazing Blame after his sire and dam. Will be fun to watch him in the next years. Zenny says it is okay to like Blame just not as much as her. As if!
Dear Judy.Hope all is well with you.I think Aran has remained at Glaslyn today. There has been sightings of a male but not on camera,They are busy at the Dyfi constructing the Ceri hide.Goodnight God bless you LM PC HT Cap Hercules Frank Bentley and all the sweeties.Love and hugs SheenaX

Hovis has congratulated our amazing para-Olympians.He wonders what on earth on earth has happened to the weather?Don’t worry I have just heard about the flash floods and storms today.Normal service is resumed! He’s also got his new saddle and had an argument with Frenchie while lungeing. Safe trips to all horses and jockeys this weekend.Sheena http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/blog/hovis-friday-i
It is very hard living chilly one minute and roasting the next. Poor Hovis, maybe soon the weather will settle into being more stable. Is this common for your weather to go back and forth like that? Anxious to see his new saddle. I’ll bet he looks really sharp in it. TGIF everyone and safe trips to all horses and jockeys.
Feelings of rejection stem from worrying too much about what others say and think. Who cares what the curious and idle think? The truth is, those same people will quickly forget what they said and thought about you. You may hold someone’s attention briefly, but too much is happening for any magpie to dwell too long on you-there are always more people to talk about. Relax. Keep calm and ignore the busybodies. This, too, shall pass.
With endless patience you shall carry out your duty.

I’m OK; going through an episode of vertigo from Middle Ear imbalance, but it will pass. This one is lasting longer than usual. Thank you so much for your sweet concern. Love all of you. Hugs, JB

I had some similar issues this summer. Not drinking enough water in intense heat can cause lightheadedness. Look after yourself. You’ve got Charlie and Frank and others counting on you.
Dear Kathy.Such a wonderful devotional today.Who cares what people think of you?I feel sorry for those who have nothing better to do.No wonder the weather is our main topic of conversation really.A lot of rain and storms last night one guy was lucky he had his wellingtons by the bed.Seriously though it’s very hard on those with their homes flooded and no power.A beautiful day here in the west of Wales much cooler and bright sunshine. We have just won our 50th gold medal in the para Olympics.Sophie Christiansen and Natasha Baker defended their 2012 titles and we have the equestrian freestyle today.Great to see a video of Ripley up yesterday. He is doing well still on drugs for his cancer but tolerates them .He was purring away no better sound in the world to me.Thinking of mum and dad today as they celebrate their anniversary in Heaven.A lot have donated for Wimbley’s vet bills and he is busy daydreaming. Not much news from Fubu lately.Zoe had a lot of fun with Widget and no baff!Hillary has returned and she’d had her hair done! All is well with the world.I do hope all is well with Judy and Lola Mae and we get a message soon.Thinking of Ray and Cheryl and hoping he will get home today.Have a good day.Love and hugs to you, kisses for Angel Holly,Nikko and Sugar.SheenaXOXO
Just noted that your Danish Dynaformer is going in Race 10, The Northern Dancer Stakes at Woodbine tomorrow. Patrick Husbands aboard. Godspeed; safe and sound. Love and Hugs, JB
Saw that. It’s going to be a tough race. There’s a lot of talent. I’m wondering if Tepin will come through in the Mile. There’s a Street Cry son in the line up. He’s a former claimer who has finally come into his own. Euro invaders also are always a threat. Last I saw Tepin was training on the synthetic. Seems to be in good form.
Danish Dynaformer was in tough company and the race notes stated that he was forced inside in the stretch run.
Funny you mentioned the Street Cry colt, Glenville Gardens, in the Mile. I chose him in our Handicapping contest. Was rooting for Tepin and she was brilliant once again, but I thought he might get up for second or third. Love and Hugs, JB

As it turned out, Tower of Texas got second. Street Cry is his grand sire. He is trained by Roger Attfield, who also trains Danish Dynaformer. He’s the one who gives teddy bears to his horses for company.

I forget to check on him because of that. I just know one day I’ll check and he’ll be gone. Not a good situation there. Zoe and Widget are so cute together. And how nice of Zoe’s Mommy and Daddy to donate $1 for every PetSmart ad that people take a picture of and post, up to $500. Lucky Zoe not having to have a baff!
