Good Morning,
I hope all of you are having a lovely weekend. I am. One of the things MY TEAM always loves to do is relax and watch videos when they have a free moment.
Well, several of you have been asking for more videos of me. I’m not sure if you know how to get to a collection of them we have done recently….many with Sarah’s fabulous help. We have posted them on my FACEBOOK page.
This is how you get to them. Click on the FACEBOOK ICON in the upper right hand corner of my Web-site. It will take you to MY FACEBOOK PAGE (and only my page). Go down the left hand column until you see the word VIDEO. Click on this…and it will take you to lots of FUN MINI-MOVIES of ME!
ENJOY YOUR SUNDAY and these videos! I love all of them…but the one from January 21…Z AT PLAY (it is on the top column…and runs for 1:31 minutes)…is one of my FAVORITES! But…like I said…they are ALL VERY SPECIAL TO ME!
With Love,
Hugs to ALL~
Z
PS…Many of you are also asking about the date I will be bred. As Dottie explained in an earlier DIARY, it is all about my system and how I am doing, ovulating etc. So…at this time, nothing yet is specific…other than I am one very healthy GIRL! Yippee! This is fabulous news!

Ensign and Kennedys: interesting isn’t it? Yes, they have better opportunities, but not only in the breeding shed and being bred to the best stallions…also in the trainer they are sent to and the races they are eligible for and entered in. People with money usually have the graded stakes winning mares. Stakes winners have to have a lot going for them, such as soundness. Foals of these mares have a better chance of being a good horse than those of a lesser mare, right off the bat. There are so many good mares that never produce anything nearly like themselves, whether they produce better than their ‘lowly sisters’ or not. Secretariat would never produce anything like he was…and dimes to doughnuts, Zenyatta won’t either. I hope she does. I don’t expect it, but I hope so.

I’m so happy that someone has the time to film and post your videos!
Thank You Sarah. Zenny you are a TREASURE. :)

Hey my beauty, you are my valentine! My sweet hubby took me out to dinner and now I am home and will spend the rest of my valentine day evening watching videos of you, my very special, favorite girl. I sure wish I could cuddle up with you right now. I love you very very very much Zenny. Happy hearts day, you will always have mine:)

Zenny,
I would love to see some pictures of you when you were just a little baby girl.
Think that would be possible? By-The-Way,
did your “Baby Daddy” send you roses for Valentines? He better have!

.
I’m certainly not knowledgeable about the breeding process (matching up TB’s for ‘best’ results), but it seems like there are so many variables into breeding a successful racehorse.
.
I believe there are many TB’s who have greatness in them, but IMHO, it appears what REALLY has to happen is the ‘perfect storm’……the ‘right’ owner, trainer, and training to bring their greatness to fruition. I believe that is what we witnessed with Z. I can envision how Z could have possibly been given up on since she was a late bloomer or raced too early in her youth… but the stars were in alignment…
.
Even IF our beautiful Z does not produce a foal as great as she, her lineage will live on and maybe just some of that DNA will one day will allow another generation to experience a Z in their lifetime.

You make me smile…even after a horrendous math day.

Thanks for telling us about the videos. I didn’t know how to find them. I’ll be sure to check out your favorite.

Z, I have been sick and have not been visiting your website lately. I apologize for not commenting sooner! I am glad you are doing well.
