Happy Sunday to all!
My visitors are so sweet. One gentleman, Jimmy Lee, who came to see me a few weeks ago judges horse shows throughout the country. he just sent John a book titled: The Look of Eagles. At the end of the book and the closing comments…he added a photo he took of me. what a wonderful gesture!
I did do a bit of jogging yesterday and will do so today. It is great to stretch my legs.
The weather here is gorgeous. It was almost 80 yesterday.
Wishing everyone the best!
Hugs~

Gee Z I sure hope your owners don’t retire you, I will miss you so much and I just can’t see you suddenly abandoned by everyone who loves you and you love racing so. Having babies is also life threatening. Love you and hope God guides them to the right decision.

Zenny, Steve Haskin says it’s 99.9% that you’ll be retired. I vote for the .1% But I know that your Ann and Jerry will put you first in their decision. And, yes, without a doubt, you have The Look of Eagles!

Zenyatta; I know that all of your fans will miss seeing you race, but what I think we fear even more is that once you are retired we will never get to see you again. I hope your owners Ann and Jerry will consider possibly the Kentucky Horse Park for your retirement, or barring that at least send you to a farm where the fans can come and see you.

Ms Zenyatta, There is this overwhelming feeling that I have that Mrs. Ann Moss is not going to let you retire just yet. You are in your prime right now, and she knows it. Thank you, Mrs. Moss. I am so glad you are having a great day, and glad John was out there with you. Will he be there today? I will have to look for this book you are talking about, I want all your pics. Can’t wait for the baby pictures. You are so wonderful. You truly are the Queen. Later, love and hugs, Lisa g

Magnificent Zenyatta…I love your diary posts that keep all of us fans updated!! We love you so much and only want the best for you. I do agree with JC that you should consider a career in dressage. I know you would excel at it. I’ve thought that ever since I saw you for the first time. You are truly a gift from God and I’m so glad that you are surrounded by the people that you need to keep you safe and happy. It’s plain to see how much they all love and care for you. I sure hope to be able to meet you someday…that would be a dream come true. Your 2009 BC race is my favorite race of all time. I have watched it so many times, I can see it in my mind. Even now, whenever I see it, I have tears running down my face when you cross the finish line. To me, you and Mike Smith are the greatest horse/jockey team…EVER. You both are an inspiration to all! Thanks a million for being wonderful you! Much love and lotsa hugs…your friend, Jackie

Glad to read your latest diary post! I hope that if you do retire that Mario is given the chance to go with you. I hate the thought of you being someplace new and away from your family and extended family—and I hope that your fans will always be able to come see you. I live in Virginia and haven’t had that chance yet but would love to gaze upon you in person.
