Happy Friday!
I wanted to share with YOU some of the new experiences taking place in my life these days! Needless to say, Tasty and I are personally sharing all of these activities together! We are having SO MUCH FUN!
Yesterday, I was hand-walked around my new paddock. Matt was with ME every moment throughout the ‘new adventure’. All of this one-to-one time was given so I could have every opportunity to ‘check it all out’ and get completely acquainted with every inch of my new grazing areas and outdoor surroundings. It took some time, but I truly enjoyed every single moment! My dear pal, MATT, is so sweet and incredibly patient with ME. After completely touring my new paddock area, I must tell you…I was so happy…I BEGAN TO DANCE!!
I am such a FORTUNATE HORSE!
It was also a special time for ME when I was introduced to MY NEW STALL. I’ve heard it was freshly painted recently getting ready for ME. (Great job, guys! It looks fabulous!) I have an open area in the upper portion of my stall door so I can put my head out and see everything going on in the shed row. You know ME…I don’t want to miss a thing! Also, this is great news! When we are in our new barn, TASTY’s stall is located directly across from ME…just like always…so we can relax, visit, and have a wonderful time! We are the best of friends!
My new stall in the ‘foaling barn’ is rather spacious, cheerful, and quite lovely. Being a very curious horse, once inside the stall for the first time, I wanted to investigate every inch of the space. It is absolutely perfect!
TASTY agrees! She is extremely happy with all of her new surroundings and experiences as well!
At this time, I’d also like to take a moment and thank you for sharing all of these special and cherished moments in my life with ME! It is such an exciting time!
Please enjoy your weekend and all of the great racing taking place around the country! It is our wonderful sport of Thoroughbred Horse Racing that brought ALL OF US together!
With Love,
Hugs to All~(Also, Happy Super Bowl Sunday!)
Z
There is so much going on these days! I love it! Giants or Patriots….which is YOUR CHOICE??? I hope it is a close score! Championship games are so much more FUN to watch when they are really competitive! I guess you can say I am someone who loves the excitement in sports of CLOSE FINISHES!

Happy Friday Zenny!!! Wonderful to hear you like your new digs… You’re are very fortunate to have people around you taking great care of you. We can see that you and Tasty are best girlfriends… In the Super Bowl I’m not sure who to root for. I think both teams are equally good. Well have a great Friday everyone.

That paddock looks huge. Matt must get a lot of exercise.
You and Tasty look wonderful. Are you a little muddy in the bottom picture, or is that just the lighting?

Queen Z, thank you for sharing these great photos of you and TT in your new digs. You look amazing, almost ready…. we are so lucky that Dottie and your friends are sharing these updates with us. THANK YOU! I hope you’ll teach your little one to dance with joy.
As I live just outside Boston, I’m rooting for the Patriots. This team is a great group of guys who do a lot of good in our community, and they have dedicated this year to Myra Kraft, the wife of the owner who died last summer. She was an amazing woman who was one of the leading philanthropists in this part of the country. I think she’s been sending some luck their way this year, and I think they’ll need it on Sunday because the Giants are a very good team who are peaking at the perfect time. I think it will be an exciting, close game. We’re all keeping our fingers crossed around here.
Reading your diary and the responses of your many fans is lovely, bright spot in my day. Hugs to all — and racing luck to MR. COMMONS AN MIKE tomorrow!

Look at the BELLY!!!! I can’t wait to see your foal. Have Jerry and Ann talked with you about any possible names for a colt or filly?
Jan S. / Houston
What a nice maternity suite you have there Big Mama. I must say, your belly is soo big and round. How much weight did you gain? Glad to hear Tasty will be right across from you to keep you company. Expecting mothers have a lot to chit chat about. Stay comfortable and get plenty of rest sweetie. xoxo.

Prayers and hopes for best possible outcome to all dealing with health issues..
PACE…PACE…PACE…
Zenny…take care of yourself and Tasty too…..kisses for your soft noses…gentle rubs for those expanding belly….HAVE A PLEASANT, RELAXING DAY
Shari Voltz from Ohio
Carol We watched some of her race on a webcam. She had a really bad time of it. That is ok. We all clapped and said she can keep practicing. She is young and still learning. The children love her no matter what. This is cute. Monday I will have them post to Zenyatta. i love the pictures. She really has the bump now : )
Terry Crow
Oaklawn’s track was muddy and Madame Mistletoe ran up front for a while and then faded. This is an exact pattern for a horse which dislikes the going and is not a true indication of her ability. Look for her to bounce back next time, if it is not muddy again.
Brenda S..Ontario, Canada
Shari, I’m sure that the children love Madame Mistletoe no matter how she runs and muddy track are not the favorite place of pretty ladies. Terry is quite right, she’ll do much better next time.
Carmela B
Lady Z–you look amazing. Glad to see you & Tasty settling in well to the new digs. Getting closer…..those babies will be here before you know it!
We have friends whose son is #62, for the Pats…he’s a nice kid…so naturally we’re rooting for them, even though my family is die-hard Giants all the way.
Should be a good game! XXOO to you & Tasty too!
Cheryl Heath
Thank you for sharing your day with us. All looks wonderful and you look so great. Love you. Hugs!!!!!

Oh, go Giants!!!! And we might visit Turfway today, it is such a nice day. Sunny and in the high 50’s, very spring like in southern Indiana.
Julie DuVall / Ontario, CA
I love the photo of YOU dancing! I hope your foal learns some of those fancy moves from you. Do you ever dance when you are “at liberty” or only when you have a handler/rider? If you pass that talent on, even if your babies don’t do well on the racetrack, I think they will make great dressage horses … can you imagine one of YOUR foals competing in the Olympics or World Equestrian Games?
I’m glad that you and Tasty are able to see each other in your new barn. Routine is so important for horses. I wonder which one of you will foal first? This is getting exciting!
Good luck to MR COMMONS tomorrow — I will try to get some good photos of him i the paddock!
Lauren
Dear Zenny – Oh my, the little one has gotten considerably bigger. You look great. I am so happy that you like your new surroundings. I can’t wait to see pictures of the little one. Love you beautiful girl. GO GIANTS!!!
Ronni
It’s so nice to see you and Tasty will be together. I know how attached my guy gets to his buddy, so it’s nice that the two of you will still be friends. I LOVE seeing you all dirty as it means you are enjoying life. Matt has his work cut out keeping you clean! It is great that he will still be taking such good care of you. Have a wonderful weekend!
As for football, we are GIANTS fans in our house! I want to see a good, close game and no injuries. Just like racing….everyone get home safely.
