Good Morning,
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. I would imagine you are busy getting ready for the holidays.
I must say, that is one thing I do not physically have to do, organize things for the upcoming holiday celebrations. I am fortunate enough to have all of my dear HUMAN PALS take care of this for ME! I enjoy all of the festivities and being included though! It is so special to have my feelings be considered all of the time. THANK YOU!
As everyone was teasing ME the other day, they also reminded ME that I have one job right now to focus on…doing all of the right things as a MOM-TO-BE.
Ann took this photo when she and Jerry were here a week ago. I still have all of my great dapples, my coat is getting a bit thicker for winter…which is great news…and my TUMMY. Well, it is happily getting a bit bigger in all of the right places.
Everyone feels I could not look better! YIPPEE!
I must say, TASTY is also looking great! She is sending her regards to each of you as well.
Enjoy your day!
I’m sending each of you one BIG HUG from ME to YOU!
With Love,
HUGS To ALL~
Z

Oh my Zenny, can`t wait to learn more about this little critter who is in your tummy. I am still sorry about Cloud Man, life can be so devastating. But you came off in one piece, thank god.
Hugs to all of your connection.

A Birthday Poem for Victoria, Granddaughter of Brenda S.
December 13, 2011
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today we wish a happy birthday
To young Victoria of Fort Erie!
(That’s across the Niagara River—
In winter I bet they shiver!)
Ask her what she wants to be,
And she’ll forthrightly say
That’s a “no brainer”—
Her wish is to be a horse trainer,
And nothing will detain her!
She’s fourth generation
In veneration
Of the horse,
Of course.
It started with her great granddad,
Who would be so glad
To see
Vic—proudly sporting her Z
Dumpling tag—
Attending classic races,
And how she
Confidently sits astride
Horses so noble and free
As she learns to ride,
Putting them through their paces.
His heart would soar
To see how she eagerly seeks to explore
Thoroughbred lore,
Such as the story
And dazzling glory
Of Noor.
Last July with Grandma B
She was so lucky
As to visit Kentucky
And see
Where his new resting place
Would be.
And it might surprise you, dear Reader,
To learn that Vic’s grandmother,
None other
Than our dear Brenda S,
Did back in August confess
That it was Vic who did lead her
To the oasis
Of Z’s Diary.
You see,
Vic was the first of the two
To discover
Z’s site,
And Vic thought her grandma just might
Greatly enjoy it too.
Brenda S, though a horse lover,
Thought she would regret
Time spent
On the Internet,
And so she resisted—
But our dear Vic insisted!
And when Brenda S. finally did relent,
She found such delight
In the good vibes on Z’s site
That soon she herself started to write
Many an interesting comment.
Today as there in Fort Erie
Brenda a birthday card for Vic does sign,
She may well get teary—
And the lines may look all bleary—
For this time
Vic is turning eighteen
And will officially as an adult be seen…
And in fall, Brenda
Will send her
Off to college
To gain yet more knowledge
As she there pursues her courses
About performance horses.
Dearest Vic, we raise our glasses
To toast you at your birthday dinner.
We wish you good luck with your classes
And hope you’ll one day attain
Your stated goal—to train
A Kentucky Derby winner!
HAPPY EIGHTEEN! AND MANY HAPPY RETURNS!
Stephanie Lambert
Look at you Baby!!!!
Dear Trina, You have made two very happy females in Fort Erie this morning, at a time (7.15 am) when there isn’t usually much conversation. Vic is positively ecstatic. you have described her to a T, and you’ve brought tears to my eyes with your kindness. Thank you, thank you. You are definitely Poet Laureate of Z Nation for life.
@VIC – Dear Vic, HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY!!!! You have so much of life ahead and that you plan on spending it with marvelous, horses, horses and more horses is fantastic. BIG MOMMA Z, You look to be carrying more weight in you than you did on you! How much weight have you gained & how often do they weigh you? And as always. . . .YOU LOOK MAHVELOUS!!
@Terry Crow: LOVE the FROG JOKE. Still laughing.
@JAG: This story raises some concerns about the integrity of RR’s record. Wasn’t Scooter Davis the trainer of Flat Out?
PEACE & LOVE
I love the picture that Mrs. Moss took of you! You look wonderful with your ever growing tummy. HMMM, I wonder if that’s a little filly or a little colt in your tummy? Every time I think of how close your due date is, I get so excited! Before you know it, your little bundle of joy will be here!
I hope someone has decorated your barn with a wreath that is full of peppermints.
Please tell Tasty T that I’m also looking forward to seeing her baby.
Lovely Z,
I can only imagine how excited Ann is about her ‘baby’ having a baby z!! Love the photo, Ann.
…. You’re growing a great little one. It’s about time you lost your girth, sweetheart. Time to get down to business (and pleasure) completing the mission of a fine foal. As your time gets closer, I’m just bursting inside with antisipation. Hugs and love dear Zenny.
Hi Queen Z, You look so lovely in that picture. I can see the big tummy! Say Hi to Tasty. I love you!
trudydemarlie
Z you look beautiful as always.Luv u so-oo
much!! Lived in Nevada for 20 yrs and in the 80’s a man left his entire HUGH fortune to be only used to feed and care for nevada’s wild horses and mustangs. There was such fighting over thst money cuz all were greedy & wanted it used for other projects. It is a shame that this country cannot standup & honor the dying request of a man and his money.Sad….
MARY
