Dear Friends,
I sincerely hope each of you had a very peaceful and loving holiday. The time we spent at the farm visiting with everyone was wonderful. I am overwhelmed by all of your support, love, and warm wishes to myself and MY TEAM.
I will forever be grateful to each of you!
In life, things may often travel an unexpected path. Sometimes, the surprises are wonderful and joyful. Other times, no matter how hard you work and no matter how hard you try, the result is totally out of your control and not as positive as you would hope.
I’d personally like to thank each of you for the concern and love you have expressed for CLOUD MAN. He definitely ‘knows’ how you all feel and the many candles and prayers you honored him with yesterday.
Needless to say, it is a very sad time for MY TEAM. They loved him very, very much…and he will be greatly missed.
Your kindness and thoughtfulness, as always, is deeply appreciated and means so much to all of us!
With Love,
Hugs to ALL~(Special blessings…dear Cloud Man)

@Kari Bussell–I’m typing through tears because of the beautiful video you shared. Thank you!
@signofthetimes–thank you for posting about the rescue. Pure Thoughts is wonderful!
@MLV–now in tears over your story. Wow–33! You were so lucky to have him that long. Your story reminds me of the relationship between Michael Blowen and Precisionist.
@Jeanie–do you know how close Marlene is to getting enough to save those she’s trying to help?
@Trina–thank you for your tribute to Cloud Man.

just wanted to say tha annie posting #302 said it just as i would have. we hate to see this kind of thing happen and we know that mike does his best always to save the horses he rides. thank god, our baby zenny is so healthy. watch for these postings on war horse. it is a moving tribute to all horses that have lost their lives for this wonderful sport. all the one’s i’ve seen in action and then something unfortunate happens, they are all ready to run! they really show that that is where they want to be! our prayers to the connections, mikey, and of course cloud man!!! love the roliardi’s

Zenyatta, as stated in an earlier post, I had a great Thanksgiving and I hope you did too. I hope you were fed and treated well as well as the other horses. I am so sorry for the loss of Cloud Man. May he rest in peace. I don’t like to see any horse leave us. I hope they give him a good burial. He is probably running around in that stable in the sky nonstop without ever getting the least bit tired or sick or hurt. He is in a better place now. He is with the Lord, who has decided it was time to take him home. It was his turn to go. We all have to go sometime, human or animal.

I am so sorry for the loss of Cloud Man. The tragedy of this sport is never resolved. There’s much grief when this happens for the price of such exhilaration at the beauty and grace of these beautiful creatures.

I don’t even know the way I stopped up here, but I believed this submit was once great. I do not understand who you are but certainly you are going to a famous blogger should you aren’t already. Cheers!
