Happy Wednesday Everyone!
Throughout the visits with MY TEAM during the last few weeks, I enjoyed several opportunities to have very, very intimate conversations with MY PAL, Dottie! As you know, she and I speak quite often and constantly work together on several projects. At this particular moment, we are reviewing some exciting plans of things WE anticipate doing in the future. I hope all of these ideas materialize…as they will be SO MUCH FUN!
I must say….I loved the comments many of you made yesterday in the Diary Responses as to what my NEW CAREER choices could be! Several of you are right on target! YOU know ME very well! YOU GET ME! YOU truly know what would be the best way for ME, at this point in my life, to successfully apply my skills and talent towards MY 2nd CAREER! I loved reading ALL of your comments and thoughts on this topic!
Here are some of the options YOU, my dear friends, suggested:
Artist, Spokesmare, Dancing Queen, Entertain Visitors, Model, Actor, Ambassadress for our Sport, being a MOM, tester for Guinness, teacher to both horses and human, inspirational speaker, and philanthropist!
You are ALL TOO CUTE….for thinking about ME in such a fabulous light!
Hooves Crossed!
We will know more tomorrow. I promise!
With Love,
Hugs to All~ (Especially my 91,115 Facebook Friends….WOW!)

Sweet Zenny, Baby Zee, Dottie & Zen-friends:
My heart is breaking. Jericho, my beloved Spirit Dog, died in the arms of my son & I last night.
I will be posting something to honour Jericho’s life on The Vault later, by way of explaining to my readers that I need time now to grieve.
Linda
Dear Dottie & Z…..the love you share inspires us all…..you both should be world ambassadors for what trust, love, respect and hope can bring. I agree, that after Zenyatta has her baby and the baby has grown enough to be on her own that Zenyatta would make a perfect dressage horse. She certainly has the moves to beging with. Lova ya Zenyatta. I look forward to this site everyday and get quite a chuckle out of it.

Zenny— This picture of the two of you conferring is adorable! And nice and big too! (Thanks, Dottie!)I’m just starting to read today’s comments.
@Jeanie— I left another response to you at the very end of #344.
@Joanna from TX—I loved your comment on #344 about your experiences with your beagle and Afghan in obedience and the life lesson you drew from them and from Laura J’s story about the Saluki who was having enormous fun going off course: that one should “not …expect too much from a creature if it goes against their basic nature, and if you do, you better develop a really good sense of humor!” Hear, hear! (Lucky Patricia, whose Saluki Sally came with the I-want-to-please-you gene, atypical for her breed!) High paw to all!
Linda
How about ACTRESS!!! In a movie about YOU!! Heck if Mind That Bird can do it…. (he’s a great ambassador in our state of New Mexico. Also–love the golden hue your coat has taken!
Sue
Hi Z, I think you should just come to Florida and grow old with me. I have lost of space and you would be a perfect house mate. love you so much

Ha! I just noticed the fence… who’s been chewing on it, Z??? It reminds me of one of my visits with you at Barn 55 in November 2010. You were chewing on one of those “saw horses” kept around the patch of grass where you’d graze. Dottie came out to visit and asked YOU if you had been chewing on it!! TOO CUTE!! Gosh the memories are endless… :-)

Dear Zenyatta: I agree with the others the first career at the moment is Great Mom and then Teacher to Horses and Humans. You have won awards through hard work and determination. That is what you have been to me – an inspiration that nothing is impossible.
What a wonderful picture of you and Dottie. The pictures you share make my DAY! Love and hugs to you. Marilu

@Melinda Kaczur—Welcome to posting here! We don’t think you are crazy for being moved by Zenyatta—we are too! And Mrs. Moss, who should know, always says Z is an angel-in-disguise and a gift from God, so you are in very good company with your thoughts. We look forward to hearing from you again. You can e-mail Diana Stuart at diastu46@gmail.com to get your “Z’s Dumplings” name tag.

Dear Abigail in Montreal:
So sorry to hear you lost Jericho. RIP beautiful Boy. Hugs, JB
Margie
Hi Zenny – love you, girl.
@Susan in TN: I’m so excited by your news! That is just the best that you and Sharon Call adopted The Boys. It was meant to be, I think. Chester and Chopper will have a wonderful life with you and Sharon caring for and loving them. What a great happy ending.
@Melinda – I cry all the time when overwhelmed by Zenny’s beauty, grace, kindness and greatness. It’s just a regular thing to me now – lol
@Kari B – from one survivor to a future survivor: prayers, hugs, strength. Stare the beast in the eye and tell it to get out. Keep moving forward, looking forward. Eventually, it will be behind you. Wishing you the very best of care and recovery. xoxo

What a wonderful, sensitive pic of you and Dottie.
Love ya Z
Andrea
@Ann Maree, you are right! A web cam would be great! I dont think LE will change their policies about visitors around the broodmares, but a discreet camera would at least let us have a peek into the Queens everyday activities. I would watch! Wouldnt get any work done…
Jane
Love all the updated pictures of you with your family! We so love seeing them! Have a wonderful day Zenyatta and “baby Z”!
xoxoxo

Zenny , Good-night– we are expecting 40 mph winds tommorrow–gotta bring in the lawn furniture and the Cats. Take-care everyone.
Andrea
@Janet. They call that cribbing. It is a habit they can pick up. Some of them do it when they are in their stalls and are bored. They can even learn it watching other horses do it!
Deborah Richman
Great photo of you and Dottie, and the past several Diary photos have been great as well I can’t wait to hear what you and Dottie have up your sleeve!
Abigail from Montreal… my heart goes out to you in your sorrow. I’m so sorry to hear about your beloved Jericho. Love and hugs to you.
Susan in TN and Sharon Call…what wonderful news that you two angels have adopted Chester and Chopper! High Hoofs to you both and I hope you will continue to keep us posted. We love those guys :)
Cynthis H…will Z’s party be called the Equicrats? She has my vote! I once had a cat who was a Democat…. talk about “fat cats” :)
Terry…LOL and as Judy says, keep ’em coming. Even when I don’t have time to reply, I am reading and laughting :) Also, thank you for the New Year’s greeting :)
Shari Voltz…Mistletoe’s video for your class is adorable, and your class is full of precious kids! Thank you for sharing with us.
To all of you sweet Z friends who expressed concern for my tabby who had a biopsy…Your thoughtfulness meant so much to me. The biopsy came back negative but the lump apparently has a lot of bacteria so she is now on two weeks of antibiotics. The vet said that he cannot guarantee that there is no cancer, but hopefully it is “just” an infection.
Kari B…you are in my prayers every day. And I am inspired by you to find joy in every day.
To all of Z’s dumplings out there,
as the Jewish year 5772 begins, I wish a hear of health and happiness to all of you. L’Shana Tova!
Brenda S..
Dear Abigail, So sad to learn of your loss, love and hugs from Brenda and Victoria.
