Happy Friday,
Today is a very memorable day in our industry. The CLASS of 2011 is being inducted into the Hall of Fame which is located at the National Museum of Racing in Saratoga Springs, New York.
The induction ceremonies will be shown this morning on HRTV. They are taking place at 10:30 Eastern Time in the Fasig-Tipton Sales Pavilion. Bobby Flay is hosting the presentation along with broadcaster, Randy Moss. The festivities are open to the public.
Congratulations to all of the 2011 inductees:
Jerry Hollendorfer and Matthew Byrnes, Trainers
Shelby “Pike” Barnes, a Jockey who starred in the 1880’s
Duke of Magenta, Open Mind, Safely Kept, and Sky Beauty, Horses
Sarah was so sweet and took some other photos for us to share of the Museum. I hope you enjoy them.
I wanted to show you ROBERT FRANKEL’S plaque on the wall…as Dottie actually wrote the script for it for Bobby.
Have a wonderful weekend! Enjoy all of the fabulous racing taking place around the country during the next few days and HAVE FUN!
Perhaps we’ll see some future Hall of Famers in action and running this weekend! HOOVES CROSSED!
With Love,
Hugs to All~ (Congratulations to HOF Class of 2011)

Do you really think Z is not being showered with
Attention at LE. She is in everyones sight. David
Ingordo wakes up every morning and watches
And visits her. She goes out in paddock for some
Fun and relaxation. By the way her paddock was
Custom built for her by The Mosses so it is close to
The barn. She is hand grazed frequently and bathed
Brushed and often has her hair nails and teeth taken
Care of. The only difference is that she is not tethered
To a human. How many mares are treated this well. She
Is not only the Queen of racing, but a very well taken
Care of Princess.

How great is it that you got to visit with Take Control and Eblouissante. Did you take any photos and if so, can you post them on Z’s Facebook? Would love to see them. Hugs, J.B.

Dear Diana S.:
So glad you enjoyed the St. Francis Prayer. Doesn’t Mo look great! Looking forward to the KB too. Hugs, J.B.

Dear Signofthetimes:
I knew Treasure Beach was a Galileo, but I did not know Cape Blanco is too. Wow, you’re right, they are turf specialists. I guess Cape Blanco had a bad day in the Queen Anne. Made up for it today. Hugs, J.B.

Dear Kimberly Potter:
Thinking of you and your family and hoping all goes well. Hugs, J.B.

@Charlotte Farmer: I agree with you, too.

@Signofthetimes: I certainly hope that what you say is true that would make a lot of us very happy. This is one thing we are talking about no news of any kind is forthcoming so what you have to say is very interesting and I really, really, hope you are correct. Thanks

Dear Signofthetimes:
Well, this really makes it difficult. If we have Stay Thirsty, Shackelford and maybe Mucho Macho Man in the Travers, I guess all I can do is play a Trifecta. Love all of them. Hugs, J.B.

Congrats to all the winners today. Gio gave a great effort. Does anyone have a report on Rahy’s Attorney??
Personally, (and this amy be because I am naive), but I am not disappointed that we are getting less info. on Z. I don’t consider it a trend, but just a sign that her team is off in different places. I’m just thankful that we can all meet here.
@The Kennedys–thanks so much for sharing the Mario moments!
