Lanes End posted a photo on Face Book yesterday of Queen Zenyatta and a container of treats! She looked well, albeit a bit dirty from the weather.
I haven’t seen mentioned here about the babies being born here this year! Oh my! There are some really cuties and some with legs up to there! My favorites are Omaha Beachs’. The majority are little FILLIES, dark chocolate in color with unusual white face markings. Another favorite Honor AP has fillies also, dark in color. They are all so cute.

The one-eyed Hard Not to Love has been retired and will be bred to Curlin according to DRF. Apparently, she had lost interest in racing and was difficult for jockey’s to handle. Perhaps, the pair will produce a winner?! Lindal
Happy retirement to Hard Not To Love and a fun date with Curlin. He sure is a popular boy. I think she did wonderfully at the track considering her handicap. John was just the right trainer for her.
